Where is a good vacation spot in california?
i live in california and i want a nice place to go to for vacation. i have been to carmeil, del mar, san diego, san fransisco, pasadena, disneyland, some parts of la, beverly hills, monterey, and i can't remember the rest. but yea i need a good place i am thinking of newport beach, laguna hills but i want a ince place where there are good hotels and shopping . thanks

Usually I go to a quite place like jenner along the russian river or cambria. I am looking for an inexpensive place to rent for a few days, for a larger family. Just looking for cool and quite, to relax from the city. Preferably not longer then an eight hour drive. Thanks

What are some good vacation spots in California, Nevada, or Arizona?
I live near Los Angeles and don't want to travel that far. Are there any good vacation spots near Southern California, Nevada, or Arizona? I want to go sometime in August, so no places that need a reservation far in advance, like camping. I want to stay in a hotel and have it be family friendly. Also, it has to be kinda cheap because we don't have a lot of money to spend Any suggestions?

im a college student and me and my friend want to go somewhere fun before classes start again, im looking for a beach spot where i can ride jet skiis , may be do parasailing. most importantly tho a place where we can jet skii. does anyone know of a good place in california besides San Diego cuz its to far, i live closer to the sacramento area

I was thinking of planning a trip to Cali but I don't know to which city and beaches. I just want a place that has clean beaches, water sports, good restaurants, a hotel with spa treatments and shopping in the area. I know nothing about Cali though so its hard for me to plan a trip. My hubby and I moved to LA a few months ago and are celebrating our one year anniversy soon. We want to take advantage of nice places to vacation here. I love the beach.. Would love to find a resort on the beach or really close to it. I also don't want there to be 400 other people there too. The smaller the better. Charming, quiet, romantic. Any suggestion? What about places I should start looking? I've done my research in Santa Barbara and San Diego, but I've only made a dint. I would love suggestions Thanks
